- Provide your order number
- Send the product back in its original packaging
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- If the product is faulty or damaged, Łapka covers all return costs
